Private terms for each partner
A partner sees the rate offered to them. Your discounts and booking permissions can differ from the terms they offer your company.
Connect with hotels and apartment operators you trust. Share rooms when you have space, ask for help when you need it, and send eligible operational work to a partner’s supervisor.
You choose who sees your availability and what they can do with it. A shared relationship does not require both companies to offer the same discounts or permissions.
Read the practical guideFind companies or use invitations. Choose your company visibility and review the relationships you want to build.
Choose who can see availability and rates, set partner discounts, and decide whether approval is required or Instant Take is allowed.
Share inventory manually, or derive availability from your stay calendar. Limit the shared quantity and close selected dates to partners.
Accept a request or complete an allowed instant booking. The system rechecks availability, records the agreement, and adds incoming stays to your reservations.
When a partner has enabled the service, send an unstarted cleaning, guest check-in, or guest request task. Their supervisor accepts it and chooses an employee from their own team.

Their supervisor must first accept the task and assign an employee. Only the selected employee works it. Shared progress and review stay linked to the original task, while ordinary local work is paused to avoid two teams taking the same job.
Review the task title, building, apartment, checklist, and instructions before sending. Guest contacts, reservation financial details, and internal task notes are not shared automatically. Both companies need Operations tasks enabled and an active partnership.
